- Gillette Heated Razor comes with 1 year Replacement Warranty in case of any technical issue/product malfunctioning.
- Warranty is valid for purchases made in Singapore from recognized sellers only.
- Warranty is applicable to original Purchaser or in case of gift to the original Recipient.
- A copy of original receipt or Proof of Purchase is required to determine warranty applicability.
- The warranty is valid for 1 year from the date of purchase. The warranty claim must be made within Singapore to be valid.
- If Gillette Heated Razor is malfunctioning, please reach out to Gillette consumer care via phone 800 852 3796, where you can get details for next steps on warranty application.
- Upon successful warranty application, Gillette will replace the Gillette Heated Razor free of charge with the same or similar product of equal or greater value, subject to product availability.
This Warranty does not cover any of the following:
- Cosmetic damage (changes in appearance to the razor in line with normal handling which does not affect product performance / functionality).
- Damage caused by modification (including, but not limited to deliberate manipulation of flex disc, incompatible blades docking, power cord, Heated Razor handle)
- Damage caused by extreme neglect evidenced by visual conditions and mechanisms. (Including, but not limited to dropping from extreme height, outdoor storage)
- Re-sale / second hand / second use products.
- Not applicable for Cartridges, Stand, Blades or Accessories.
- Theft or Loss of Product
